INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders are processed after payment is booked on my bank account. Only then I start making the ordered products, because each of them is made especially for you. I do not run a mass production, each item is created by me by hand.
I will do my best to execute orders as soon as possible. However, it may happen that the waiting time is longer, for example, due to a large number of orders or damaged equipment.

I placed an order, but I want to buy something more. Do I have to place a new order?
There is no need to do so! Just contact me and I will add selected item to your order without any problem. The missing amount should be transferred to my bank account or via PayPal. However, remember that some of the products can increase package's weight. When this happen, you'll have to pay for bigger parcel.
Returns / order cancellation
Due to the unique nature of the products I make, I would like to inform you that the store does not accept returns. Once an order has been placed, paid and has an order status “in process”, it is not possible to cancel the order. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible via e-mail. Be sure to include “Order Cancellation [Order No.]” in the title of the email. Remember, you can't cancel the order which is already shipped.
Complaints
I do not consider complaints about minor defects on products such as minor scratches, difference in color or pattern placement. I make every effort to ensure that the products are in perfect condition and I properly protect them for shipment. However, if the shipment is damaged in transit - please make a damage report with the courier and contact me. I will try to solve the problem as soon as possible
